Our newly renovated and dog friendly Bethany Beach house is located 1.3 miles from the beach off of Route 26 in the quiet beautiful, pine tree-filled neighborhood of Lake Bethany.  

Convenient to the beach and town boardwalk via bike or Bethany Beach Trolley – only 25 cents per ride. The trolley stops 1/2 block from the the house (Trolley schedule available on-line: www.townofbethanybeach.com).

Bethany Beach has a seven-mile stretch of sandy, Atlantic ocean beaches and is located in the southeastern corner of Delaware. Guarded by its famous totem pole, Bethany Beach offers many recreational opportunities, including swimming, fishing, surfing, boogey board and raft riding. The water is warm enough to swim in from late May through early October. At night, everyone in the family can find something to do with shops, restaurants, basketball and volleyball, video arcades, or just walking Bethany Beach's 1/2 mile long boardwalk.

Accommodations

Suitable for one or two families, Pine Tree Beach House sleeps up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 6 brand new mattresses (1 king, 1 queen, 4 singles) and a pull-out queen sofa-bed. Amenities include: two full bathrooms (newly renovated), large outdoor shower with a new water massage shower head, large furnished screened-in porch with lighted ceiling fan, high speed wireless internet access, washer/dryer, 4 cable televisions, 2 DVD's, stereo, central air conditioning and a wood burning stove. Tenants must supply linens, towels, paper and soap products. The house is built on stilts with a secure gated deck/front porch. The community of Lake Bethany offers neighborhood access to private tennis courts and kayaking/canoeing on Salt pond. 

Dog Friendly

Woof! Don’t leave your favorite family member pouting at a kennel; bring him or her to the beach with you! Pine Tree Beach House is a dog friendly beach house. Small, medium or large dog crates available, upon request. Dogs allowed off-leash on Dewey Beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day and anytime after Labor Day and before Memorial Day. Dewey Beach is a 15 minute drive north of Bethany Beach. Dog friendly Bay swimming in Bethany Beach. Dogs are not allowed on Bethany Beach except from October 1st - May 13th. Dogs must be house trained. There is $250.00 refundable pet deposit.
